CECO Environmental Corp: I enjoy the work culture, the benefits, my teammates, and the work I do. However, I was under the impression that more steps were being taken to be more environmentally friendly, but I haven't heard of anything so far. I wish more company update emails were sent because I feel a bit out of the loop.

This then rolls responsibility for upstream depts. to cover for laziness. Internal communication is poor. I cannot wait to quit and leave for good

CECO Environmental Corp: It has gone downhill since the beginning of covid I enjoyed going to work but as employees left and not replaced the workload became unbearable - working 10-12 hours a day 5-7 days a week. Management does not seem invested in CORRECTING problems, only intersted in meeting the shipping $ each month.

Adelphoi: I have been employed at Adelphoi for 15 years. There have been a lot of changes throughout the years. However, the rewards have been witnessing positive transformations in the youth in my care. That alone is the best experience.
