U.S. Legal Support: Leadership is now engaging more with employees and adding perks. It's still very hard to get a meaningful raise no matter how much you contribute or how long you have been with the company. Performance evaluations focus more on the negative instead of celebrating the positive & seem outdated.

Never an acknowledgment of a job well done, just handed more work and shit on when things aren't done because there is not enough time.

CECO Environmental Corp: The company used to be good. It has gone downhill drastically in the past year. No one is happy, everyone is miserable. We are only tasked to hit a number with no incentive to do so. There are too many openings and no desire to fill roles, which forces employees to work 12-16 hour days.
Bestop: The culture is great but don't expect to make a lot of money.

Hoshizaki America: I love Hoshizaki, and it has been my home for nearly 5 years. I would love to see this company thrive. Hiring a poor work force has drastically decreased quality with Hoshizaki.
Volvo Car USA: The company is great to work for. But the culture in the DIGITAL department is bad, the politics is horrible. MT actually encourages that. MT promotes people who talk a lot and have nothing to show for. If you work hard, then you are forced to work harder with no rewards.
OutSystems: Great overall experience. Good environment and teammates
TurboChef Technologies, Inc: The company could benefit from constancy. There is nothing shared between tech support and engineering until it is too late to prevent a pile up of delays and back orders on updates or repairs. They could also benefit from expressing appreciation and providing adequate staffing.

Simplus: i have worked at other consulting companies and the opportunities and collaboration makes a difference for me and the reason i stay here.

Risepoint: I have referred 3 people over the 5 years that I have worked here. My time has been mostly positive but the recent changes to our field leadership were hard to understand and take (seeing Melody Olsen let go was baffling).
Wish: I really love the work life balance and my compensation is very good. The work isn't challenging and most of the difficulty in my work is trying to get resources to solve problems with obvious solutions. I'm not solving anything new or doing anything innovative which is why I'm not super proud.

AEVEX Aerospace: I would describe my experience as an opportunity to work for a small company that is closely connected and hard working. In addition, this small company is a part of something bigger which gives it more branches and people to collaborate with.
AEVEX Aerospace: I think the paid time off is below average. Other companies may only have two weeks but that doesn't include sick time like it does here. If you get sick then you end up with no vacation time so people come in sick and that is very bad for everyone.

Amazon Robotics: Having a great experience at AR. Everyone has been welcoming, and supportive to ideas and contributions. In a reasonable amount of time my career path has moved forward. Success depends on a healthy balance between self motivation and support from Leadership. Opportunity is there if you want it.
Simplus: Simplus is a great place and Infosys seems to share many of our core values, but even with all that shared good will and stewardship, there are "big company" process inefficiencies that make it difficult to focus on being productive. Many tasks are internal reporting focused and counterproductive.

The $150 spousal fee on the health insurance was a huge surprise and disappointment to me after signing on. Health benefits could use improvement.

CECO Environmental Corp: Over all is good, some are very protective of their functions and communication has its difficulties at times. I understand that company structure is not geared toward our business unit so this is an obstacle that slows the process down.

CECO is still trying to figure out if it is 1 company with several brands, or a "club" of entities sharing Corporate overhead. That wastes effort, talent, and money.
