Great medical coverage is affordable. It has a good 401K program. Regular holidays and good PTO.

The company is growing and that means taking some risks. I think that is a good thing.

Another touchy-feely question... The culture is a mishmash of different groups that mostly seem to work well.

We help each other out as best we can. That makes a huge difference in getting our work done.

Autonomy that is being let to work out how best to solve issues related to my job and profession.

The munchies....but seriously, the comradery and teamwork I mentioned earlier + working on useful projects to satisfy our customers' requirements.

Access to Platinum Health care package. Plus paying for a portion of my premium. The matching 401K is really important to me too.

Who is in The Leadership Team? I have no idea what they are doing so how can I answer this? Questions like this really need more context.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation keeps rising, San Diego area is one of the most expensive places to live in the nation and my buying power is way less than it was years ago.
