Imprivata: The raise I got this year was much lower than I expected - not even keeping up with inflation. I've worked for the company for a few years and haven't made much headway in pay. I make less money than my younger brother who just graduated college and has an entry level position in the same field.

Imprivata: I worked at SecureLink before it was acquired by Imprivata. In general, most of the benefits from Imprivata are worse than SecureLink's, which is unfortunate. Otherwise, the company treats its employees very well and everyone I've interacted with actually cares about me as a person.
