Team spirit, it feels like we're still a 'small company', I feel that I can influence policy and direction. At the same time we're dominating our niche and making millions in the process - What more could you ask for?!

The people in my team 'will bleed for me', in other words, we're a very strong team and care for each other, our customers and the job we do. When I need to reach outside my team I find most people are very willing to spend their time to help in any way they can.
