I took my job based on the great opportunities were discussed at interview but now that I'm here management wouldn't stickup to they words. Why is it that previous Owners play like they own AEVEX, why they have Titles / Positions but they run ALL positions. Micromanage and make people leave.

I could be making more money if management were able to utilize me, Management knowing of all my knowledge and experience and still not able to provide the proper training. For instance my boss rather to bring a new person than give an opportunity to grow with in.
