Event Network: The company claims to care about its people, but in reality, it cares about money. The harder you work, the more work you'll get. The work is not evenly distributed. CEO depends too heavily of the word of C-level Execs and is too far removed from the people actually doing the work.
Coleman Research: Overhires because they can't retain employees. The pay is different depending on where you live, but it's kind of bad nationally and they've shown no plan on fixing it (hence the exodus)
