West Elm: West Elm uses bait and switch tactics, promising items are in stock and ready to ship, when they will actually sit for months due to their flat rate policy. It is intentionally deceiving to get the sale. Their customer service provides only platitudes and is unhelpful. I am furious with this company
Armanino LLP: Great place to work, but work life balance is an issue. I work in a different time zone and get contacted from early in the morning to late in the evening. I wish I could disconnect and have a manager that respects my time balance.
Egnyte: My time at Egnyte has been challenging and dynamic. The company culture is wonderful and my team is very tight knit. Despite some less than favorable issues over the years, the people I work with keep me here.
Benihana: Torrance location needs help. Food quality is low. Service and leadership is uninterested. Not looking for a free meal just want corporate to notice they have a problem and to fix it

Stock Yards Bancorp: We are long time clients of Stock Yards who bought out our community bank, Kentucky bank this last year. We never utilize the overdraft protection services but we did by accident about a month ago. This back took over $300 in fees from this one income family. I begged for help. They wouldn't.

StubHub: Colleagues are the foundation of the company. if it wasn't for them outlook would be worrisome. Senior management needs more mentorship/training. Executives are rarely heard from. CEO is non existent. HR is non existent. Company needs more benefits 401k Matching, Unlimited Vacation, Company outings.
Fivetran: It has been phenomenal. It's great that what is present at the interview and how kind everyone is does not go away after hiring. If anything, once people get to know you, they make greater effort to improve interactions both work-wise and in other aspects.
PointClickCare: The company culture is based on trust and transparency among senior leaders. We all truly believe in our purpose, and that's what drives us. Compensation is fair and there are generally great people working here.

I haven't met everyone yet but through zoom and teams it does not feel like that. WH have made me journey v comfortable
