DraftKings: Upper management are awful. Toxic work environment. Great co-wrkers. Lottke room for growth. "Unlimited paid time off" just means they dont pay you out for unused time. You are expected to take no more than 3 weeks. Extremely high turn over yet HR never checks to see why. Below average pay.

Volvo Car USA: Joined 3 years ago and have been a people leader since. For a new manager it was a learning curve. Over the years I would have appreciated more continuous learning opportunities (in-person) w/ peers, beyond LinkedIn. Too much protection for the old guard. Too much tolerance for toxic employees
Nextdoor: Overall, working at Nextdoor is great. At times, the work-life balance is not that great. Talking to people outside the company, general percption of the people about Nextdoor is "oh, it's a place to post about lost pets". But we are doing much more than that and should be marketed in a better way.
