
My experience is a good one. You always have complainers and people who aren't happy, but overall, I think that the energy of the employees at Volvo is great.
My experience is good. The people are friendly, caring, and devoted. I like coming to work, like the pace, but don't like the bureaucracy and how slow digital moves. Myself and others also feel a lack of interest in our employees from some people in PX.

I am most happy with the PTO offered and this allows for a combination of a true vacation (which is not relaxing, but is fun), and time to decompress and truly rest. I don't feel like I need to sacrifice the fun trips to find time to spend with family.
I know what people make in this industry, and in others as well through a large friend group. I also know that the same effort and that I deliver at VCUSA and same skill set would allow me to each 20-30% more in the local area. I am devoted to the brand, but it is very unfortunate that we pay less.
