I now work 0 days a week and people with less experience get more hours than me. They don't care about their employees.

National Veterinary Associates: I stayed for a full year, but the lack of follow through for fixing issues is not handled well or quickly by the high management. Middle and direct managers do there best, but if nothing happens when problems are reported, it's pointless. They took away our snack and drink and holiday incentives too

Long John Silver's: Two weeks ago when i visited LJS on Knoxville Ave Peoris IL, they had no ice. Only "cold tea" that was actually not cold. Today we went back and was told "we dont have no ice". I specifically asked if it had been broken all this time, and she said yes. This is unacceptable. Bad franchisee
Public Storage: I believe the level of responsibility as a property manager will reflect greatly on my resume. However my wage is far too low and is reflected in my eventual annual salary being far lower than previous jobs I've worked. I carry myself in a professional manner at this job and hopeful pay increases.
Advertising Agency: my experience at the company has been very positive and rewarding. I have had the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with a supportive team, and develop my skills in a dynamic environment. The leadership is approachable, and the work culture encourages learning, creativity.
Trilogy Health Services: C-suite executives are out of touch enough to organize a "competition" between locations on which location can get the most or best "budgeting hacks", and the gas price benefit was changed from every paycheck to whenever C-suite feels like it (very occasionally).
Lear Corporation: Lear has been good to me, although the growth opportunities in my current role are lacking.

Public Storage: I am enjoying my work - role and responsibilities. My manager provides me everything I need to be successful in my role. My team is excellent; listens carefully, execute meticulously, and performs very well under pressure.
Target: Lots of favoritism for certain employees, especially if they are friends with the team lead or Executive Leads. They take away hours once you come back from a leave of absence. Very inconsistent and no room for growth.
