Workday: They are focused on culture and what makes this company unique.
Point Wild: I like my team, we keep growing so I don't really know much about the rest of the company. I don't think anyone really knows about our company.
Nucor Corporation: working for Nucor so far has been an awesome experience. Everyone I meet, no matter division they are from, all demonstrate the strong culture that Nucor has. It has made my transition from post-graduate to working professional very smooth.

Workday: I love this company. I am proud to work here. I do not want to work anywhere else BUT Change is constant, especially here. In my experiences these changes hurt the employees monetarily and in career advancement.
The Salvation Army: In terms of diversity and training it is not regulated properly. The CEO is hands off, so that leaves the doors open for middle management to run the facility the way they choose. That includes right or wrong and no regulation is involved. Hands off approach decreases oversight in daily structure.
Nucor Corporation: It has been very good, fast paced, challenging, and I enjoy it. I am given opportunities to grow and travel which is much appreciated. The normal schedule and the office politics take away from the experience.

Conagra Brands: Hostile environment. Plant and HR managers give great preference to white caucasian people. They don't care about most of their employees and they can let them go anytime. I've seen a great employee who worked for 18 years for them, and he got fired and not for a good apparent reason.

Barracuda Networks: We have processes that slows everything to a crawl. It takes forever to get anything done. There is no alignment of business priorities across divisions. There are good opportunities for advancement but pay is low and equity is poor. There is no fun here.
