The shifts provided should be aligned with the shifts that the employee are actually working. I was informed before I signed the employment offer that there will be no shifts ended later than 6 pm, and there are two different shifts I can choose. 7-3:30 or 8 to 4:30. But now is mandatory for 11-7:30
