There needs to be accountability. Some coworkers still have long nails with greens on them . Long hair worn down . Sleeping on the job . Coming in late or calling out .

Best thing is to have a good leader, a leader that can do basic job and leadership jobs

I'd rate my experience 8/10. I've been with the company for more than five years and its a great company to work for. The only drawback is there's a very military style hierarchy and most of management is stuck in the past.
