Give employees proper training. Have leadership know policy when asked. Appoint proper leadership.
I work with people who have no experience in the line of work we are doing.
Better leadership. Reviewing resumes and appointing people to positions that suit them vs giving people positions based off the color of their skin.
A simple response would be everything. You can't label them leadership when there is none. Assigning people to roles doesn't mean they know the bases of leadership.
