
They need better communication skills.
Many different personalities are present here. Some good, some bad.
Never praised when I do something well, but they'll be quick to scold if something is not done correctly.
About half of my team I like. And what's best about them is that they work as a team, rather than only caring about themself. There are a lot of people here that only care about themself.
Very poor communication. A lot of people who have nothing but negative attitudes. Ever since my promotion, my schedule is supposed to be 6-2, but have maybe got out of work at 2 only a handful of times.
