I am Alaska Native, so the culture is great. The environment in the facility can be better, but this is Bethel Alaska.

They take the time to listen to what we have to say to them. They are supportive. The executive team here cares about their employees in and out of work.

We have great management here. My co-workers on my 0800 to 1600 shift are always helpful and work great as a team. I look forward to seeing all my co-workers during my weekly shift.
