Avoid petty, offensive behavior-more respectful communication to develop and maintain trust. Engaging, attentive and inclusive supervisory/management interaction with all staff not just selective few. Avoid divisive comments and bias behaviors. I would not recommend any referrals to this department
I feel undervalued due to a toxic work environment, lack of communication within department, hostile behavior with intentional incorrect name references, unpleasant attitudes towards employees and unappreciative of work efforts. I expect a higher compensation for my skill set/ progress with inmate
