What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better at UPS?

We work together just fine and can easily achieve what is asked of us on a day to day basis. Improvement would be on punctuality.

We work fairly well as coworkers. Management likes to cause a rift between employees leaving coworkers to argue or not work well together.

Our team is rarely given any meaningful say in any meeting or discussion and are just given our marching orders from corporate.

Start working ,give the the workers time to do there job right.to many injury at ups .Ups treats there workers like animals.

Helping each other out to get the work done, sticking together to stand up against the wrong that managers do.

Do their job completely. Don't slack off and have others have to do part of your job and their job.

Less time being belittled by management and more time figuring out how to overcome the obstacles at work

Manager drama driven and don't believe anything anyone says. A few bad ruins all of us

Some of them need to learn to care about other, and quit being so lazy and selfish.

It all has to do with upper management , they need to straighten up .

UPS AS A COMPANY DOESNT CARE ABOUT THEYRE WORKERS!! That's all I have to say!!

Everyone at UPS is old and their ways of engaging fellow employees reflects that.

There is no teamwork Everyone is only looking out for themselves

Manners an work ethic. Start holding workers to standards of the job.
