
We need to be more aware of each other's strengths and weaknesses. Aiding struggling workers would do a great deal to improve conditions.
No one works togethet or helps each other. Alot to do with no cross training so no one knows how everything works
We do the impossible but it's at it's breaking point and everyone is talking lawsuits bc management is being taken advantage of
They need to actually do their jobs correctly and not push it off on someone else. by helping each other out.
They need to not be so lazy , show up and pull their own weight
strong performers left doing most of the work while others dont.
We never have cohesiveness and our constantly short staffed.
Hire more workers so we aren't over worked.
