    Think more about your employees. Treat them with dignity, respect and understanding. You will always be a profitable company, but at the individual level of the employees, morale could not be lower. The company only cares about profit, and it’s at the expense of the employees well being and peace of mind.

    focus on customer service and not how big of a raise the boss will get if he gets all his points for his rating as a manager.

    The management team. They do the hiring and firing. They are the day to day operators. Properly do their jobs, so we can do ours.
