It has its ups and downs. Extremely frustrating to constantly be training new people just for them to leave. We are only hiring people to stay for a few months at a time, just long enough to be trained then leave.
The ability to try to accommodate schedule changes quickly
I occasionally get free lunches
helping patients with their needs
I don't have a team, so it is hard to say.
It's an escape from being a full time care taker of a family member
They try and work with me on a personal level with all my health issues and taking care of a loved one
For the most part we are all trying to get the job done as efficient and fast as possible without any mistakes
Unfortunately I am known as one of the lowest paid employees in the company (even told during a raise/yearly meeting). I also feel as if I have several more responsibilities then other employees
I am expected to do multiple jobs around the office that no other person in my position has to do. I was also told last year by management that I was the lowest paid employee in the company.
Have work ethic. They do not show up on time and expect me to set everything up for the day/week. Are constantly on their phones with tick tok and movies instead of focusing on patients and what our provider needs.
