Hire more people, compensate fairly
Actually getting important things done such as hiring more staff and ordering supplies.
Do their fair share of work whether it be not being lazy and doing your paperwork or jumping in to run with providers if you aren't running.
Yes, I think people aren't being rewarded for the amount of work they do. Many employees skate by without doing their fair share of work while others are forced to take over tasks needing to be done and arent being compensated fairly.
