Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. I started in inventory. Although the leaders are good people I didn't find myself happy at Victra. The team overall is unrecognized for all their hard work and i believe it has a lot to do with leadership. However in Operations I'm extremely happy.

Everyone on our team works equally as hard. We have great communication and get along quite well.

I think that if you're promoted as an existing Victra employee you should still be eligible for a pay raise. As a loyal employee and performing well enough to be promoted speaks for itself and should be praised by still getting a pay increase.
