Being brought in the forst month and a half was very challeging with very little training or what seems care from the DM. Ive worked hard with other managers to overcome roadblocks and co workers also learn and make the most of our time here. Theres much to learn still hut we are ok the right path.

It seems like we are being told what to do and not shown how. Being told to do something without an prior knowledge on how to do it is quite frustrating and creates a lack of motavation or distrought
