
I like how they are active on the teams chat and invested in the EGET metrics
The salary part is okay and the set schedule is nice and the tiers are reasonable
They are open and willing to learn new things and gain insight on easier and better ways to do things
Upper management needs to be more involved and have more one-on-ones at each store with each individual on a personal level management is really important when involved with all stores not just their biggest concerns as in locations
What makes me most happy at work is when my reps use the tactics and take the information that I have gave to them and use it in a positive way to be compensated in the best way with success and in growth within the company
