Communication and not wasting time on meetings that do not produce an effect on the rep level. We waste more time on meetings than we do working.
The quality of people hired at the management level. Also setting realistic expectations. The amount of work you require an MGM to do with drive time is beyond unrealistic when stores are more than an hour apart from each other. Pay for MGM salary is 20k light and needs to be adjusted.
The work that is expected for salried empployees and the expectations set forth in the interview process are not even close to what actually happens. MGMs are not paid for the work they do. Expecting an MGM to work 45 hours in store and then on top of it added 10-15 hours of drive time is unrealisti
