I feel like the company wants to care. However, we feel under appreciated because we literally are not expected to down time on our days off. We must answer our phones at all times. I would anyway but to be told that is disheartening. I feelnlikenthe company has changed

I ,as GM, find it impossible to understand why a Pro makes as much or more than the store leader. We are the ones in a vacuum, new shiftlab is just terrible. Oper leaves at 3:30, next person 3:45, and closer here till 9 by theirselves. I have to sacrifice my family time to cover my people.
