Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Way higher stress and pressure than originally advertised, but the pay is very good. Burnout is very high and people always seem scared of losing their job, regardless of if they are doing well or not. Constant change in direction of the company leads to scattered reps.

I have spent nearly 3 years with Victra, and the first years were the best. This last year has been a struggle with paycuts and adjustments to how I can work (salary moved to hourly, no manager phone number, stricter guidelines on scheduling, taking away manager agency)

Focus on customer retention through taking care of their needs, and not pushing product they do not want or need. Employees are scared to lose their jobs when goals can't be hit.

Our state changed laws that impact my position, no longer making it salaried. Due to this, I lack tools I would normally have access to run my job effectively when clocked out. It isn't clear what time I should and should not be working. The PTO structure doesn't work with hourly manager pay.
