They want you to work every day and no day off and not paid for that
To help people grow and help them understand what is possible if they try and learn outside of their comfort zone
We are in a rebuilding stage in my district so just creating a culture as well as the new team I was placed on so not one yet. I do like the competitive performance of the company as a whole
