My companys culture has definitely went downhill, even the district, my store culture is great.
We all make the best of the day together regardless of what the day throws at us.
Constant inconsistencies need to change. You cant chang everything all the time and expect ppl to be happy.
Be more competitive when it comes to pay, put your managers back a salary so they can support the team the correct way. Stop cutting commision while paying hourly employees the state minimum.
Lets make the environment consistent. No need to constantly change the pay grade all the time to benefit the company. Over the last few years all you've done is change pay, change pay, change pay.
