I can see that they are trying and making an attempt, albeit normally things are mocked by my peers as they are a joke such as contest requirements vs payouts
In recent years my pay has decreased though I have made the company more money, the demand on high performers increases each pay period while the demand on under performers is non existent in fact some are celebrated
