Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. I love working for this company. The only downside is our vision insurance. There is very limited places I can go to get glasses, and the options for me are about an hour away from where I live at minimum.
