Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. I was promoted due to my ability, potential, and willingness to relocate. Since then the payment structure has changed to force a 45 hour work week, contro further obfuscated, and I haven't been compensated at all for moving. I love the company and want to change it for the better, looking forward.
