i am most happy at work when the store is doing well and my reps are excited to sell and interact with guests
I like how easy it is to reach out to my leadership team about issues and questions that i may have so that i can get them resolved in a timely and professional manner
I need reps that embody my culture and not the culture that they have created while they were missing a leader. they are wildly different worlds and tend to clash a lot. they have tenure compared to me and think that their ways work best rather than what victra has put forth
i dont like how they split the stores comission bonus to each pay period. some pay periods are slower than others but overall my store does well and that hurts my pay in the long run. i also wish there was an additional way to make comission as my reps dont have a strong drive to sell
