I used to enjoy it a lot more. Recently it seems to just be more expectations and no appreciation. more and more keeps getting added to responsibilities and the money side is starting to not be worth it.

The expectations, the workload that managers are responsible for. Glorified sales reps and the pay doesn't match. Seems as if its getting harder to make money.
