We have a great group of people who are very diverse in their thinking, so it creates a fun dynamic that allows for exchanging on ideas and personal growth.

Our relationships with each other and the support system. I would also say the team building events we do with our colleagues and families (ie. Westpoint, CX Summit etc)

Our benefits are strong and there is a ton of access programs to help maintain a healthy body and mind. Also, being a car company, we have some amazing vehicle perks too !

I feel like they are personable and accessible, the fact that I can walk upstairs and give feedback directly to the executives is a huge benefit to all of us as a company !

The people and the coffee. The work is great too, but given we have a choice to work from home, everyone who comes in is coming in to find collaboration and to have a space that gives them positive focus.

The culture is in this company allows for everyone to be 100% themselves, and that creates a fun work dynamic at the office. Also we have a great Fika Bar now and the lunch room has really turned into a meeting of the minds during the mid-day, so that's awesome too !
