They are as honest as they can be, quite approachable; communication style is very good, they like to maintain touch not only with centrally located employees but with those within the Regions.
Current medical insurance premiums; I wish there was a stronger 401k match plus I do not like being "charged" for my company car especially when I have absolutely no input on what kind of car I drive (we are a CAR company, after all)
Love the collaborative spirit and and attitude that exists within my regional colleagues; that is also largely due to the work of oour regional leaders who promote working hard but also having a lot of fun during several team get togethers throughout the year. Love the team!
What I really like about working at Volvo Car USA (and my Region) is that there is a very human-centric culture; yes, we all need ot work hard, always have the mindset of doing what we can to grow our business and contribute to the company's profitability but the company also treats you like a human
