I appreciate the insurance that we are offered. Having a family of 5 it allows me to not worry when health related issues arise.

Finishing todays work today. Not carrying items over or having unfinished business. Whatever the task may be, getting it accomplished and successfully is extremely gratifying.

Constantly having new faces from Sweden coming in and learning what we do and how we do it. They all come in to do their specific parts on the vehicles and we are able to learn from and teach them along the way.

Communication and idea sharing. We collaborate often on ways to improve processes and how to complete never before done tasks. When working with R&D vehicles, many procedures do not exist yet and we work together to problem solve and get required tasks completed.
