What is the best part about your compensation package?
I got paid for everything however the difference between franchise and corporate is that franchise has little to no benefits while corporate-owned stores offers a ton.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of the managers were great, difference between a boss over a leader: a leader works with you, and a boss makes you do the work while watching you,
What are some of the best things about your team?
They made the work bearable, I hate coming in to work but when I work with someone who actually helps and completes tasks that is when I enjoy coming in.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I trainee was great, They asked me questions about my past experience and always told me I could ask questions for help. They never ignored my beginner questions and never judged.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like i actually work hard, I come home feeling i did a good job and did my best even if I don't finish everything. It feels like I actually earned what I did.
