What did you like most about the interview process?
I was shown that i would be able to grow with this company. I had high hopes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The taco side we have learned how to work better as a team. We are atill building but we step up when needed and we come together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its fine unless someone is on their phone all the time talking to their lover. Or they come into the kitchen to make their food and not do things right but if we did that then we would be in trouble. But as long as thats not around its great
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
On soical media and my friends have said the customer service is terrible. Its always dirty trash around and full trash cans no lids or cups or napkins. Having to wait to be checked out. Rude people. Manager never around. Stuff always in the way. Out dated stuff still in cooler and shelf.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under valued because i am. I have been wit the store since it opened i am ine of 3 on mily sode left from that day. I still make the same cant be promoted because my manager says i cant. But she can talk badly about me to others and thats okay.
