Overall i loved it. Was there for 25 yeas and worked up theough the company to an area manager. Sr leadership though does not walk the talk. They do not follow their leadership principles and if theres nobody to work, youre doing it even if its 48 hours straight

My team. I love watching them grow and achieve their goals.

Being the 1 remote leader while all others are in yhe city is hard.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More focus in leadership and people development than hitting the numbers. Build the people abd numbers will cone.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Allowing autonomy theough all levels. If they want store managers to act like entrepreneurs then give them the flexibility to manage and merchandise and run their store to meet the needs of the customrr.
