very simple for a large company , it is the most unorganized and not so many smart people who are in charge of the facility and very little knowledge about who they even work for very sad I came from owning my own company even though my company was very small but yet was more organized then this .
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I already answered that need to hire a better knowledgeable person to run the bakery the manager Sergio , Frank , Minor none of them fits for this job
