I just need to be able to access HR. I have no access to HR, my store manager has no clue who HR is or what their number is or how to contact them. I just need to be able to access HR like any other employee at any other company can.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. And understanding company policies. My store manager is being told false information from higher up management, and it's confusing her, and she relays that false information to me and it is not helping. I just need someone who is competent and knows what they're doing.
