I think 7-11 is a good company but some of the franchise owners are not so good some treat there employees bad and expect everything from them and when it comes to pay employees barely make enough to live on and our jobs are dangerous some customer's are abusive and violent it's sad

There is really no leadership team

We have really good regular customers

My regular customers make my day

Most of us are hard workers and we work well together
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by the owner and to me that was a good thing they need to trust and like the people running their stores
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work we do is not worth the pay at all and since i work in a franchise store the owners pay what they want it would be nice to get a raise every year without asking for it or waiting a while year to get a 50 cent raise also it would be nice to get holiday pay at least on major holidays
