My team is phenomenal. They are willing to work anytime.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to not be a promotional freeze so that we can get more management in the stores period. Also it would help if our area leaders knew anything about their job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they actually paid me for the job I'm doing. I am an assistant manager. My manger quit months ago and I am working everyday, running this store for 14 an hour.
