Alex is an amazing leader and because of his vision and moral compass, I'm happy to be a part of the firm. There's been incidents of discrimination that do cause me pause. Also some departments seem siloed and at times it feels like an us versus them mentality in trying succeed.

Completing an implementation and the client being happy with our product and the level of service the received from the implementation team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My PM coworkers are amazing. It's a tough job and I think the other PMs are always willing to help work through issues.
