Alkami is a positive and progressive fintech company. I enjoy coming to work, making positive impacts on peoples lives and making a product people use every day! I do think however Alkami is going through growing pains causing employee stress and is a little behind on benefits and leveling.

The company is evolving at a drastic pace. Since going public the company has shed 'stick in the mud' problematic management and has hired new talent to drive forward movement.

It could be better to be honest.

I enjoy positive team collaboration and morning conversations. My team is highly performant and one of the best in the business.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team recognizes that we need to make changes rather than continue down the same path. However they are very reactive rather than proactive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is zero budget for team events. Note everyone is eligible for yearly bonuses. The bonuses if available are minimal compared to other fintech companies. Yearly raises do not match inflation.
