Overall, I really enjoying being part of Alkami. I feel like I am able to have a good work life balance. My teammates always work well together and are great at communicating any issues that we run in to. It's a positive work environment. This is the first job that I actually don't mind going to.

It is very welcoming. I have never walked into a room or meeting and felt uncomfortable. Everyone is always welcoming and wanting to have conversation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like for the work that I do I should be compensated for it. I'm classified at a lower level but am performing senior level work. I should be paid for the extra work I do.
