Alkami is surprisingly good at just about everything you could want out of a company. Not to say they are the best at all things. Just no glaring weaknesses. The best though is the work life balance. I rarely work more than 40 hours, though that may not be true for all teams.

It's the best place I've ever worked. I just hope they keep their compensation up to par with companies in their league.

I have a good balance of new and interesting work, and work that is familiar.

We get along great. Have plenty of meaningful meeting and seem to genuinely work together well.

Alkami is very inclusive of all types of people. They don't only say it, but practice it too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Alkami has grown, and I think it's time to up the salaries for certain groups that do more work than ever.
